Welcome to Bespoke Events. By booking our services, renting our equipment, or engaging our event planning solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our online form. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received and acknowledged by Bespoke Events. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be provided in your quotation.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, PayNow, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period: more than 14 days before the event – deposit is forfeited; 7–14 days – 50% of the total rental fee; less than 7 days – 100% of the total rental fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated promptly.

Delivery, Setup, and Teardown

Bespoke Events provides professional delivery, setup, and teardown of all rental equipment. Delivery and setup times are agreed upon in advance. Customers must ensure adequate space and access for safe setup and operation.

Safety and Use

All inflatables, rides, and games must be used according to safety guidelines provided by our team. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Guests must follow the instructions of Bespoke Events staff. Bespoke Events is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.

Damages and Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to rental equipment due to misuse, negligence, or vandalism. Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged. Bespoke Events is insured for equipment and third-party liability, but customers remain responsible for damages or injuries caused by violating safety rules.

Weather and Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, Bespoke Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if weather conditions pose safety risks. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by severe weather if a reschedule is agreed upon.

Event Changes

Any changes to event timing, location, or setup must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

Intellectual Property

All images, content, logos, and designs on the Bespoke Events website and marketing materials are owned by Bespoke Events. Clients may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Privacy

Bespoke Events collects personal information for booking and event coordination purposes only. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Photography and Marketing Use

Bespoke Events may take photographs and videos during your event for internal records and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials. By engaging our services, you consent to Bespoke Events using images or footage of the event, including guests and activities, for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your event or guests to be photographed or featured, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
