Created since 2017, Bespoke events was created to help our clients have a stress-free event. We are a one-stop event company that provides a full range of services from event planning to event coordination and event execution. Our Story
From Humble Beginnings to Heartfelt Purpose
Bespoke Events was founded in 2022 by Bonnie, who began the journey with a passion for creating joyful moments. The company started with kids’ parties and carnivals — bringing colour, fun, and celebration to families. These early experiences laid the foundation, teaching the value of detail, timing, and heartfelt connection.
But the true purpose behind Bespoke Events took shape in 2024, when Bonnie planned her own wedding. Despite having experience in event organising, she found herself pulled in every direction — juggling logistics, vendors, styling, and schedules. The day was beautiful, but it became clear how easy it is to miss out on being present when you’re trying to manage everything behind the scenes.
Today, Bespoke Events exists so that clients can be the stars of their own events — while a trusted, professional team takes care of the rest. Because no one should have to juggle logistics when they should be making memories.
That moment changed how I saw events — not just as beautiful setups or perfect timelines, but as experiences meant to be lived, not managed.
